    • Available for orders over $50
    • Carrier: EMS

Returns & Exchanges

We want every special occasion outfit to be absolutely perfect. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase of our christening outfits, communion dresses, or party wear, we’re here to help.

Return Policy Overview

  • Return window: 15 days from delivery date
  • Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags attached
  • Proof of purchase: Original receipt or order number required

Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Flower girl shoes
  • Party shoes

These items are marked as FINAL SALE at checkout.

Step-by-Step Return Process

Step 1: Initiate Your Return

  • Return instructions
  • Return Authorization Number (RAN)

Step 3: Package and Ship

Once approved:

  1. Securely package item(s) in original packaging
  2. Include a copy of your receipt/order confirmation
  3. Clearly write the RAN on the outside of the package
