We understand how important it is for children’s special occasion clothing to fit perfectly and meet your expectations. That’s why we offer a hassle-free return policy for most items within 15 days of delivery.

Return & Exchange Guidelines

  • Timeframe: 15 days from the delivery date
  • Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags attached
  • Proof of Purchase: Original receipt or order number required
  • Final Sale Items: Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on flower girl shoes and party shoes

How to Return or Exchange

Step 1: Initiate Your Return

Please email our customer service team at [email protected] with the following information:

Subject: Return/Exchange Request – Order #[Your Order Number] Dear Stylish Children’s Clothing Store Team, I would like to request a [return/exchange] for my recent order #[Your Order Number]. Step 2: Wait for Approval

Our Detroit-based customer service team will respond within 1-2 business days with return instructions and your Return Authorization Number (RAN).

Step 3: Package and Ship

Once approved, please:

  1. Securely package the item(s) in their original packaging
  2. Include a copy of your receipt or order confirmation
  3. Write the RAN clearly on the outside of the package
  4. Ship to:

Step 4: Processing

Once we receive your return, we’ll process it within 3-5 business days. You’ll receive email confirmation when your return is completed.

Refund Information

  • Timing: Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your return
  • Method:
    • Original payment method: Refunded to your Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal account
    • Credit card refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your statement
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

Exchange Information

  • Availability: Exchanges are subject to product availability
  • Shipping: You will be responsible for shipping costs for the exchanged item unless the exchange is due to our error
  • Price Differences: If exchanging for a higher-priced item, you’ll need to pay the difference. For lower-priced items, we’ll refund the difference

International Returns

For our international customers (excluding some Asian countries and remote areas):

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs and any applicable customs fees
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit
  • Refunds will be issued in USD and may be subject to currency conversion fees by your bank
