We understand how important it is for children’s special occasion clothing to fit perfectly and meet your expectations. That’s why we offer a hassle-free return policy for most items within 15 days of delivery.
Return & Exchange Guidelines
- Timeframe: 15 days from the delivery date
- Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags attached
- Proof of Purchase: Original receipt or order number required
- Final Sale Items: Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on flower girl shoes and party shoes
How to Return or Exchange
Step 1: Initiate Your Return
Please email our customer service team at [email protected] with the following information:
Step 2: Wait for Approval
Our Detroit-based customer service team will respond within 1-2 business days with return instructions and your Return Authorization Number (RAN).
Step 3: Package and Ship
Once approved, please:
- Securely package the item(s) in their original packaging
- Include a copy of your receipt or order confirmation
- Write the RAN clearly on the outside of the package

Step 4: Processing
Once we receive your return, we’ll process it within 3-5 business days. You’ll receive email confirmation when your return is completed.
Refund Information
- Timing: Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your return Method:
- Original payment method: Refunded to your Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal account
- Credit card refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your statement
- Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
Exchange Information
- Availability: Exchanges are subject to product availability
- Shipping: You will be responsible for shipping costs for the exchanged item unless the exchange is due to our error
- Price Differences: If exchanging for a higher-priced item, you’ll need to pay the difference. For lower-priced items, we’ll refund the difference
International Returns
For our international customers (excluding some Asian countries and remote areas):
- You are responsible for return shipping costs and any applicable customs fees
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit
- Refunds will be issued in USD and may be subject to currency conversion fees by your bank
